Have to thank a lady called Lynda who has offered to assist Cameron with some unofficial Occupational Therapy, She has already written his sensory profile, for which he scores highly in four out of five of the senses. I cant explain this fully to you as im only just learning myself but what i do find out i will let you know. Anyway, although she cannot afford to do a full assesment officially on Cameron without payment she has offered to help him out unofficially with some exercises etc in the mean time....which wont get him into school any faster but will definately help to improve things for when he does go back.. Hopefully when i do get some funds behind me i can get her to complete a full assesment and therefore get the diagnosis i need to get him back to school Thanks Lynda

call me silly but why wont the goverment help out with the cost of getting cj tested? ?? i know that when my son was diagnosied with aspergers syndrome i had to wait a few years before the goverment would fund the revelant tests but i bite the bullet and had to pay for the testing myself. we couldent wait anylonger as we knew the road ahead was going to be rough but if we waited it would have been rougher. my thoughts are with you Nicky!
